Are You Monitoring Your Employees?

It probably makes some sense right now to make a distinction between the very private and personally identifiable data that the HR department has about us. And then what is available because of our behavior, our electronic behavior, our digital breadcrumbs we leave behind. People are aware that their employers know that HR data about themselves, but they have a whole other set of concerns about to the extent to which the company is monitoring what they're sharing in private groups.
