The Cost of Discrimination Is Not Just Born by the Person Discriminated

The cost of discrimination is not just born by the person discriminated against, but also by the discriminator. For example, if you discriminate somebody who doesn't discriminate because of the market value of labor is actually getting cheaper labor. Today we know there are studies that best indicator of good decision making is neither intelligence nor education, but diversity in the room. So whoever is discriminating is therefore also suffering the cost of that.
