Sally Kohn: There are a lot of raised eyebrows when you choose the path that you've chosen. She says she chose not to be affiliated with an academic institution after finishing her residency. After presenting her book at different academic institutions, it was at Yale where they invited me to come on their clinical faculty. "I'm supposed to change psychiatry from inside out," said Kohn.
