The Self Is an Ongoing Construction
The self is an ongoing construction. So I don't dismiss the self as just an outright illusion. The self is something that's enacted in a kind of ongoing, constructive way. It's not a sort of independently existing thing apart from the dance. And there are many things that enter into that, biological, social, cultural, evolutionary, and so on.
