Your posture is everything. So if you notice these things are going on, disrupt it. And that can look like even sometimes I'll use myself as an example. If I'm feeling like in a rut and feeling all these like negative things that just aren't true, sometimes I literally just have to like get away from my desk. Taking that action then makes me feel a little bit more empowered to like do what I need to do and show up and be the powerful person that I am.
We live in a culture that often prioritizes feelings above all else. And although it's important to tap into your emotions and be human, it's equally as important to know when you should (or shouldn't) listen to your feelings. Sometimes you might feel incapable or unworthy, but is that true? No, because feelings aren't always rooted in truth.
