How to Be a Better Controller

I think what I'm hearing is that it's just a disinterest in labels and more of an interest in the types of things that you're doing. So I'm answering different questions than I was when I was just being a controller doing the day to day work. Yeah. That's a good way to put it. Very cool. Like how does an engagement for you actually work? You start with cash flow. And then from there, we go into some tactical stuff. Probably on 99% of my gigs that I work with, we introduce what's called PRA planning analysis. We should be doing PRA everywhere in holistically. A lot of controllers may start with the basic analytics
