Entanglement Theory and Teleportation

Entanglement is something that you cannot describe as a tensor product because you cannot prepare it by LOCC. So this separation imposes a constraint that you can only do local operations on system A and system B, but you can also communicate classical information. For example, in entanglement theory, in teleportation, you're only allowed to do LOCC. This kind of ordering between different types of resources is a partial order, not a total order. It's more likely to happen that it's a partial order other than atotal order.
