Many universities still have disproportionately large, sized i t teams whose only job is to keep the cranky, out of support on premise data systems running. Em: I like the idea that what we're delivering is multimodal or mixed mode teaching and learning. But there's too often a sort of negative sort of depiction of what students are or in, especially during the experience of covet ah.
