In the eighties, we didn't have many oral options for diabedes in terms of pharma. And then two thousand comes around, and we start getting all these wonderful different types of drugs that can affect a basically different parts of the physiology of diabedes. These newer generation drugs don't just target blood sugar, but they also target am cardiac and help to improve associated complications with diabetes. But because they've been for years and years before we had the science and the research and randomized clinical trials, we never really got that point where we had all this data to suggest its benefit.
