The Path to Success at Walmart
I know you didn't plan this out, but as you got into it, you clearly gave it your all. It's definitely an indirect path I took into business. And in the end, my plan was to move from a liberal arts undergraduate degree and then move on into law school or even to get her MBA. But I think it was just part of being in a fast growing business where there was necessity. If there are people who are capable, they're given that opportunity.And once I realized that that path was there, I was really able to be a little bit more intentional about how do I really grow my career.
