Phil: We're in a world where if we play it out a little bit further down the next five or 10 years we can all probably agree that with the remote nature. And the salaries around the world are changing. What is a rule of thumb here, right? Like, are we spending x million a year before you start considering doing it yourself? Is it 50% like where should we set the bar because I noticed probably engineering leaders listening to this running back and saying, guys, we should go build this inside. Phil: Having these open questions, the open questions are a good thing. But I'm more concerned. Or the bit that hurts me the most is what I had built
