Why You Shouldn't Practice Church Discipline

The church and its membership is a new covenant institution, not a creation covenant. So if there is no church discipline, 99 times out of 100, that's got to mean the problem actually is more fundamentally in the way you're positively practicing membership. Here are four interim steps that I would like to see us take. Let's pray that these things become more characteristic of us as a church.
