The Arms Race to Protect AI Generating Art

The US has kind of fired a first shot saying AI generated art can't be protected. It is just an arms race to get out in front of it because so far, in my opinion, in tech, so many of the winners have been the first there. And this is really the gold rush now, whereas people thought that was going to be the gold rush but this is the gold rush of how we're going to use it.
