I think boundaries are really important to revisit. I was noticing that when I was feeling frustrated or like I wanted to run or hide from a problem, I got curious. It's because I'm not being clear and fair and consistent with protecting my boundaries. And then what we're feeling stagnant or resentful or just frustrated, it's usually boundary crossing that needs to be revisited. Maybe we need to protect the boundary of not scrolling through Instagram for your lunch break, and you're going to feel better and enjoy the job more. So continuing education keeps it fresh and fun.
