Pandemic - I'm Having a Crisis of Regret

I was living with my parents during the pandemic, and i had such deep regret about a couple of lines i said that were stupid r things i said afterwards. I shut my laptop and i like, was sobbing all day because i was like, i just embarrassed myself. Why didn't i do that one joke? He said that one thing? And then i just, like, kept, i could not stop replaying it. It really helped me to find a lot of resources and meditations andtuvidios and walked about regret.
