As soon as we start to really engage, it's something that we have intent in terms of going after it. The internal memo and DEX are ones that get created more so post-L.I. sign. Once we get into diligence, we start building out the plan. Then that part with the internal memo, how big is that? This gets pretty extensive. Some of the larger deals we've done, you get into DEX that are many pages long.
