The History of the Russian Empire
The Russian Empire didn't stop at the sea. They went straight across the Bering Straits and into Alaska, what we have now as Alaska. It's one of those great quirks of history, actually, which is a little bit like British and French Library over Canada. So that after the Seven Years' War, you have this idea of these countries were basically swapping conquests around. And I think also, with the Russians in Alaska, they all a bit cost us more to keep it.
