All of the projects at Google pretty much they all use closure compiler. It's basically sort of codified here that the way you write JavaScript at Google is you write it with the closure annotations in it. We have a lot of internal code and they all use it too because if they didn't, it'd be a problem for engineers trying to move from one project to another.
