How to Build Habits Instead of Motivation

A lot of people say we should rely on habits instead of motivation. To build a habit, you have to do something a lot and generally you need to enjoy it. I'm coaching my kids a little bit with Jujitsu now, teaching them a little bit. As your confidence grows, you can take bigger chances and try more difficult things. It's hard to make yourself force yourself to do things that you don't like.
