This week's challenge was to say thank you to no one in particular. When things go better than i expected, i find myself saying, thank you. I instantly feel like little lightness and gratitude once it develops into a habit. So i don't need optimism. O, that's very god. That's very good. And so did iana playn with a knife last week.
