"You have to fall back not only on what is the right thing to do, but you also have to bounce that off of one is legal. So for the young leaders out there, especially military leaders, but this applies to anything," he says. "There's a difference between war crimes and non-war crimes fully... There comes a certain point where it gets like, when you just can't defend things."
