I don't think it's fair to blame everything in president ism. We tend to reafy the parties when the parties are really coalitions, their coalitions of groups,. Their coalitions of individual members of congress. And there are a lot of people in the democratic party right now who are pretty unhappy with the direction of the leader. Might some centrist republicans wish to run on their own party? I think absolutely so.
