Is There a Course of Education Required to Learn Math?

I worry... So there will always be people like Gauss or Newton, who just are intrinsically motivated to learn math. And maybe for them, maybe for these people who are going to make the advancements in our mathematical knowledge, they'll be able to do that without a course of education system. I don't think that's true. When people are pursuing their own interests, it just all happens naturally. It is in no way if someone wants to be a programmer or an engineer or a doctor and they suddenly realize this later on in their childhood. But even if it is later in their childhood, people can learn later.
