The government guidance is to do at least a hundred and 50 minutes a week of moderate intensity exercise, or 75 minutes per week of vigorous intensity exercise plus two strength sessions. So in that senario, i think the simplest advice would be, do what you like and do as much of it as you enjoy doing.
