How to Vet a Company Culture Before and During an Interview
Justin Smith: I want to speak to those defenders listening who are, who are stuck. They're being treated like a cog in a factory instead of a human and a difference maker right now. The passion for doing your best work is way too precious to be extinguished by an unhealthy creative culture or a negative environment. You cannot settle for anything less than what is the best for you to do your best design or programmatic work. If it's a bumper sticker, if it's a t-shirt, if it'm a tattoo, don't settle. That is advice.
