A lot of people walk around every single day and think they're not healthy. Just because you have not figured out how to be healthy does not mean that you don't care about your health. The fact that you try a diet, even if it's a bullshit type, the fact that you buy a completely bogus fat loss supplement doesn't mean thatyou don't care. It actually shows that you do care. You just haven't figured out what's worked for you yet. Do something that makes you a little uncomfortable. I want to teach people to have those small wins so they can take on the bigger challenges, but be in a position to succeed.
