A truck depot is now open in Harlem, but it was supposed to be a housing development. Developers of a controversial high rise up in Harlem are now pulling their proposal. Politicians have held protests on the site against this truck depot. Miriam Hall asks Bruce Tidalbaum if he's just doing this to prove a point.
