I had a real crisis, a real existential crisis around the time when I was 17, where I felt like I'd had these fears of growing up and of mortality that were bubbling underneath the surface. The one thing that did actually kind of give me some relief was reading books by this guy named Teak Nhat Han, who's a Buddhist philosopher. And since then, I've been a very hard worker my whole life since then. If anything worked too hard, I think that the battle for me is really trying to prioritize my personal life and love and family.
