The Problem With Jury Selection
The jury has the final say on whether a defendant is guilty or not guilty. It's robust in so much as the government cannot overrule that jury. But what happens with increasing specialization in bureaucratization of legal process and this process of judges looking at the law according to bureaucratic logic? The judge does he says well you know that's all very well but the the jury has to has to agree has to have the final judgment.
