Are You Using Bolshits in Your Interviews?

When we're hiring for a position, it's rarely about, like, there's a problem that we have. It's more like, we need to do this job, or like, someone left and were replacing somewhere. So i let them do most of the talking, which is probably how you should interview individuals as well. The people who were, i think, that jumped out us, out to us are the people whoa, actively, a, dissuaded against the typical bol shit in this particular industry.
