A few months before Agnes was born Britt discovered a small knot on her chest. She thought it was just changes associated with the pregnancy and made a mental note to address it with my OBGYN after Agnes was birth. A week before that MRI in Colorado she received a text message from her grandmother telling her something wasn't right. Three days later I went for mammogram and found some suspicious spots in my breast and lymph nodes they wanted to biopsy the sides of that day. My thoughts of being frivolous quickly changed. And so that night going over that in my head I remembered again for the first time that knot I found in June and I reached down to see if it was still
