How Transparent Is the Certification Process?

We try to be as transparent as possible with the po folio itself. We're not going to fail you on the portfolio if something's missing or you don't have enough points w we're just going to work with you one on one to make those changes and make sure you get everything in there correctly. With the exam, when folks take the exam, it takes about four weeks before they get the results back. The only thing we don't do is we don't actually share the scores of the exam itself with the exam takers. And that's an industry practice that we follow.
