The Rise and Fall of the Property Management Industry
Since 2000, I've been in property management. Long enough to see as much of the story arc that I'm familiar with and how things have changed over time. The first first trade show I went to at an armpit event, there were five vendors. There's like three tables and five vendors sharing the national conference,. maybe 50 people, 60 people there. That was almost 20 years ago. So it hasn't, and it's grown gradually over that time.
