What Are Your Thoughts on the 50 % Closing Down Over Seas?

Some people say this, in some ways is a good thing. We've had really good economic times in australia for a long time. But we need to understand that claptical damage is because of those bad perceptions and poor operators. And i think that ou know, to echo your sentiment about, i the 50 % closing down, or 30 % closing down over seas, and at building back up. What are your thoughts though?
