The Importance of a Good Conduct Record
There's less like, hey I'm going to choose him but not use that based on the screening process or just block it on. You got out of the different commission sources they got a certain number of billots aside. It's not luck, it's based on your record. The other issue I had was that I had a bit of a conduct record as well. And I marched a lot of tours and I had a lot of demerits.
