Cork is usually confined. They are stuck inside a particle, but here the corks can fly free like electrons in a plasma. The name plasma borrows the concept of the plasm we're familiar with and now you have charged objects,. But they're just charged in another way. And so this could be called, like, a color plasma or something like that.
