Polygenic Scores - How to Estimate Risk for Breast Cancer

Polygenic scores can be used to estimate risk for any individual based on very specific regions of the genum that have been identified as either contributing to higher risk or or reducing risk. They could be used in a clinical setting where, for example, we've now identified a risk for breast cancer which applies to a huge number of women. You might apply thatm to 30 year old women, and say, you find a thirt year old woman whose high risk because apologetic a variance in her in her diana.
