Is There a Difference Between a Boss and an Employee?

CNN's John Sutter asks why it is that one person gets to boss somebody else around. He says in our society, most employees don't have a genuine option for leaving their jobs. Some people argue we should not take tenure from professors but rather give some form of protection at least to all employees.
