The Psychology of Parenting and Parenting
There's quite a lot of aspects of this where they have some good insights into life and and bring things to the fore which maybe you haven't thought about. I wouldn't say the psychology is super actionable there's not much in this book where you'll come out going I've got this problem and I'm going to do this to fix it. It's like hmm you need to think about this you need to re-alt to your own thought patterns and how you view this and then maybe things will work out better or not. You can kind of change that out of that that inner reality of what you think maybe other people perceive you as. There's just this I suppose I
