How to Be Less Zombie in an Organization
I love your warm up exercise and this is one of your own. I think you always have to be thinking about, you know, sort of going against the grain when it's the right thing to do. So in this case, I'm really fascinated with how groups form and how they start to break down the sort of typical ways of interacting to get into more creative behaviors. And so I developed this particular sequence of warm up activities to like help groups really start to get comfortable working with each other.
