Alpha Male - Is That the Origin of Our God?

When we see the gods that humans have created, they often look like alphas. Would you agree that the gods we've constructed often resemble? I don't know, primates? Well, I'm not sure that they look like primates, but they look like all the men for sure. God is usually depicted as male and as a beard and all of that.
