Are There Any Egyptian Chariot Wheels?

The exodus reports the wind set down, stopping and the waters re flooding at the point of the reed sea crossing while the egyptians were in it. So even if they survived, the eEgyptians might have had to abandon their equipment there. There are all kinds of reasons you wouldn't find them, even if you went looking. This is an archaeological argument from silence that does not work.
