Worship Is Not a Bunch of Happy, Clappy People Whose Lives Are Just Perfect
The way we fill that joy tank is by magnifying God over our problems. Worship is not when we come in here and you see a bunch of happy, clappy people whose lives are just perfect. That's not what happens. It's a group of broken, sinful, hurting, confused people going, no, I acknowledge that I can't figure this out on my own. So God, I'm going to magnify you. And my circumstances may not be praiseworthy, but my God always is.
