Reset Day - Recovery Time

Over this past week end, i ended up over like 12 hundred pages a this was my main activity that i used for recovery time. And when i saw my calendar, because i don't always look super far ahead into the week end,  i was so grateful to my past self for doing that. I didn't know at the time how much i would really need it.
