The movie was built in a very scrappy way. Shirley Carada is our legendary costume designer. She's amazing. And we wanted to take every look to its infinite extreme. The biggest challenge for me was to not lean into the costumes, so it's actually to resist them and get to be so fabulous but unfazed by how fantastical the costumes were.
