How to Be a Systematic Trader

Jay Jay: I can see that there would be an advantage if I could really watch every trading setup I have, you know, intraday and find that really fine tune the entry levels. But I don't want... It's kind of a lifestyle choice, really. Marcin: The appeal to being systematic to me is that it almost takes away some of like the psychological weaknesses that we have as human beings or just the randomness in the marketthat you can be fooled by with your eyes. Do you see this trend continuing with discretionary having higher returns? And do you think we could start seeing an age where a systematic could start out producing discretionary traders?
