Gamification in the LND Space

In today's hiring market and the chance of a recession, that ability to upskill within your current company is so huge. And now it's even more so important in this hybrid and remote focused workplace. I feel like it differs so much on an individual level because everyone needs different things and is engaged in different ways. When we think about gamification, we have to remember that it's rooted in psychology and sociology and reasoning and logic.
