People who run our industry have forgotten how to do it yes that you need to talk to a union and just like make a deal. The president is a union guy but he can't help but have people around him in his administration who have had no exposure to thisYeah so for the first thing he did was make all of his cabinet go through this process of having this labor task force  and they were all required to participate really yeah yeah so kudos um because otherwise they would never be forced to think about the the labor issue.
