Paul Deena: One of the hardest things I've ever done is just look myself in the mirror and ask myself, who am I? And really take a look and say, what are the things that are holding me back emotionally and psychologically? What are the biggest fears and doubts that I have? It was hard to face this 10 years ago and I've faced it many times since then. So it's been a 10 year journey of healing and recognizing.
