Building Relationships With Your Staff

I think that in XP world we can get really disconnected from people because we Lead the staff meeting and we leave from upfront Then the email to everybody that tells everyone what to do that no one reads. Those one-on-one meetings Become so essential and actual accountability. I would tell whoever's writing that i'm sure you're pulling your hair out at night You'll never be more creative as a church when you don't have what you need. Don't be discouraged by it get creative.
